Help Center – Feedback Ad Reports
There are 3 reports available:
- The Answers Report provides counts for each Question and each Choice. The Answers Report is a good place to start to get an overview of your Feedback Ad.
- The Funnels Report highlights the paths consumers take between the engagement point and the landing page offer. The Funnels Report will help you understand the traffic coming to each landing page offer.
- The Bounces Report helps you pinpoint areas where you can improve the overall performance of your Feedback Ad. The Bounce Report lists the click through rate of each question so you can determine which Questions can be improved.
Each Feedback Ad Report features useful summary information:
- Initiations tells you how many times your Feedback Ad has established initial contact with the Universal Conversationalist APIā¢. This is slightly different than what ad industry calls Impressions.
- Engagements is a count of the “first click” engagements within the Feedback Ad. Engagement is counted only once per consumer that interacts with your Feedback Ad. Engagements provides the numeric count as well as a percentage calculated by dividing Ad Views by Engagements. Engagement rate is a good indicator of the initial appeal of your Feedback Ad. The Engagement summary also includes the average time to first click for your Feedback Ad.
- Bounces tells you how many people engaged with your ad (clicked at least once) but did not proceed through to the landing page exit. A high Bounce rate indicates a Feedback Ad that can be improved. The Bounce Report will help you identify problem spots in your Ad where a poorly worded Question or a missing Choice could be responsible for the Bounces. Bounces provides the numeric count of consumers that left early and a percentage calculated by subtracting Exits from Engagements.
- Exits indicates the sum of all landing page redirects (often called “clicks”) for all landing pages in this Ad. Exits provides the numeric count as well as a percentage calculated by dividing Ad Views by Exits. This percentage is often called click through rate (CTR.)
